Aria Buffet

When you first come in, you are drawn into a place where one side is the buffet and the other side is the dining area with an open view to Aria’s pool garden.  They will ask you how many are in your party and is there anything else they can assist you with.  Their service is the perfect kind of service.  As you are seated, the waiter will come and offer you some beverages.  The sections in the buffet are of different kinds of food.  They say it is organic, except maybe for the dessert side but more of that later.  There is one section that is dim sum.  Steamed buns each filled with different meats and vegetables all inside a bamboo basket. The next section is full of sushi. You have a variety of sushi from cooked to raw sushi and from crunchy to soft and savory.  Another section is salads.  There is a salad made from apples and purple lettuce with manderine slices neatly placed in the salad.  Another salad is the common chef salad or the Caesar salad. The next section is crab legs that were served steamed or cold.  The corner section had the meats, such as the pork belly, steak, prime rib, pork ribs, sausages, and your seasoned backed chicken.  The dessert section has different textures and flavors all displayed nicely.  There are pies, different flavor cakes, flan, jello, pastry, and your gelatos. The pastry chef in charge of this section has a little dessert shop of his own in the main floor of Aria so you know it is a top notch type of dessert being served.  It was a great experience and I like the atmosphere it provides to its customers.
